Our body butters are temperature-sensitive and can melt in transit during warmer months. To ensure your product arrives in its best condition, all body butters will ship via 2-Day Priority Mail.ย This helps minimize exposure to heat and preserves the quality of your product.

Note: Please track your shipment and retrieve your package promptly after delivery to avoid it sitting in direct heat.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our body products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on body care items to ensure the safety and integrity of our products.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Weโ€™ll happily work with you to resolve the issue whether that means a replacement or store credit.

๐ŸŽ Accessories (Jewelry, Keychains, Handbags, etc.)

We accept returns on unused accessories in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at [your email address] with your order number to initiate a return.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
