📦 Processing Times
All orders are handmade and packed with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.
During holidays or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
🚚 Shipping within the U.S.
We offer standard shipping through USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier.
3–7 business days after processing
🍁 Shipping to Canada
We offer tracked shipping to Canada.
7–14 business days after processing
🧴 Body Butters – Special Shipping
Our body butters are temperature-sensitive and can melt in transit during warmer months. To ensure your product arrives in its best condition, all body butters will ship via 2-Day Priority Mail. This helps minimize exposure to heat and preserves the quality of your product.
Note: Please track your shipment and retrieve your package promptly after delivery to avoid it sitting in direct heat.
✨ Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
📬 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost items. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first. We’ll do our best to assist when possible.

Return & Refund Policy
At Le Ciel, your satisfaction means everything to us. Each product is handmade with care and intention, and we strive to ensure you love your purchase. Please read our return policy below:
🧴 Body Products (Soap, Body Butters, Body Creams, etc.)
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our body products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on body care items to ensure the safety and integrity of our products.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily work with you to resolve the issue whether that means a replacement or store credit.
🎁 Accessories (Jewelry, Keychains, Handbags, etc.)
We accept returns on unused accessories in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at [your email address] with your order number to initiate a return.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
